Pros

The majority of users’ who purchased this model were very satisfied with it. Users liked how it heats up for quick use, and is sturdily built.

Many users commented they thought their floors were pretty clean before they tried the mop, but found out after mopping and looking at the pad that they weren’t so clean after all.

Cons

There were a few negative points brought up – one area of concern was the trigger on the mop.

Some users liked the fact that they had finger tip control over how much and when steam was released, but other users mentioned that this caused fatigue.

Another fairly common complaint was the length of the cord being relatively short at just 18 feet.

The 10110C is expensive, but it is built out of stainless steel, and has a good warranty. It also has the removable heating rod in the boiler, which means if the heating element burns out, it can be easily replaced. With some steam cleaners when the element fails, the boiler must be replaced, which is expensive.

Cons

The Kleen Jet 10110C is heavy. It weighs in at 242 pounds; and with the addition of water and detergent, it’s going to weigh over 300 pounds. Even at the 242 pounds, it not a unit that you could pick up and load, the operator would probably need a ramp and a vehicle capable of accommodating a ramp in order to transport the steam cleaner to a job site.

This model does not have extraction capacity; it is a steam cleaner only. This means any residual water left over after the cleaning process is complete, will have to manually be cleaned up.

Cart:

Classified as a portable machine, the Mega 1000CVG is probably too heavy and awkward for the average person to actually carry. It weighs approximately 56 pounds empty. Fill it up with water, and that adds about another 30 lbs of weight. To solve this problem, Daimer Industries provides a free cart with the Mega 1000CVG. The steam cleaner fits securely in the cart, and the cart has 4 wheels, (2 smaller in the front, and 2 larger wheels in the back) to make transport even if full of water, easy. Gum Exterminator:

The main difference between this model and the Mega 1000CV is the 1000CVG has chewing gum removal ability. The Mega 1000CVG comes with a gum removal steam vac squeegee with brush attachment. Like the Mega CV, the CVG has a 4 liter boiler volume.
